Booking

Thanks for your interest in our agency.
You will find that booking your accommodations in Rome through I.C.I. is very simple.
Just follow the following simple steps:

INITIAL STAGE
FIRST you have to fill in the application FORM 60 days before your arrival in Italy. If you are a student in this way we will know which school you will attend. (It could be one suggested in our website or another in the same city) and we will check the availability of accommodations nearby the Campus you have selected and then send you the appropriate property information.

IF you decide to reserve one of our suggested properties, you can do so either by E-mail or Fax, and we will make a PROVISIONAL BOOKING in your name.

You will THEN be asked to pay a DEPOSIT to secure the accommodation.

We must be informed within THREE DAYS confirmation of the payment details.
The standard payment procedure used is bank transfer, followed by a fax of the banking details to our Rome office, showing amount and date of transaction.
The time allowance for the arrival of the deposit is FIVE WORKING DAYS.

Upon receipt of the relevant DEPOSIT, your booking will be CONFIRMED by E-mail or fax.

Once a booking has been made you are liable to comply with all the Booking Conditions so please read them carefully before proceeding.

RESERVATION
To secure the accommodation you must complete the request FORM at least 60 days before your arrival in Italy, and after having accepted the property offered to you by E-mail or fax have to send PAYMENT of the DEPOSIT.
Only after the receipt of the relevant deposit by I.C.I will your booking be CONFIRMED by E-mail or fax.

DEPOSIT
A security deposit is payable on every property. The security deposit covers the cost of any damage during your stay to the property, its contents and unpaid telephone bills. The deposit consists of one months apartment rental per person. If you are a student and choose to study in a school suggested in our website you can complete that institutions contract and pay them directly. If you only our housing service you must pay I.C.I. directly. In which case the deposit will be held in a non-interest bearing account.
This amount, less any applicable claims (damages, phone bills), will be returned when you check out of the apartment.

PAYMENTS
Payment of the DEPOSIT can be made by:

1) Bank transfer
2) International express delivery service
(I.e. Thomas Cook, Western Union Money Transfer, etc.), commission payable to operator varies from country to country.

Payment of the BALANCE of the RENT must be settled 30 days before your arrival.
The rental will begin only after completion of the payment.
